Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
This may include:
- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Account credentials and license records
- Messages sent through our communication channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email, website live chat)
- Purchase records and order history
- Analytics data linked to your identity
- Marketing email subscriptions
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion, send an email to:

- Subject: «Data Deletion Request»
- Your full name
- Your associated identifiers (email used for purchases, Telegram username, Instagram handle, etc.)
- A statement confirming that you are the data owner or legally authorized to make the request
Verification Process
To protect your data, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request. This typically includes confirming the request from the email address registered with your account.
Response Timeline
- Within 7 days: confirmation of request received
- Within 30 days: completion of deletion (unless legally restricted)
What We Delete
- User account and login credentials (Supabase)
- License records (revoked from validation servers)
- Purchase history
- Marketing list memberships (Brevo)
- Support conversations (Chatwoot)
- Internal automation data (n8n)
- Identifiable analytics data (Google Analytics)
What We May Retain
We may retain certain data where required by law or legitimate business needs:
- Financial and transaction records (for tax and accounting compliance, typically up to 7 years)
- Fraud prevention and security records (revoked license keys, blacklisted machine IDs)
- Anonymized data that cannot identify you
- Records held by payment processors (Stripe, Coinbase Commerce) under their own retention policies
Third-Party Platforms
Some data may be stored by third-party platforms beyond our control:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram): messages exchanged through Meta platforms
- Telegram: messages exchanged through Telegram bots/channels
- WhatsApp / Meta Business: WhatsApp chat history
- Stripe: payment records (kept for tax/regulatory compliance)
- Coinbase Commerce: cryptocurrency transaction records
- NinjaTrader: any data stored within the NinjaTrader platform itself
You may need to contact those platforms directly to request deletion from their systems.
