4. Third-Party Services We Use
We use the following third-party tools to operate our business. Each service has its own privacy policy that governs how they handle your data on their infrastructure:
- Vercel (USA): our website and serverless functions are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure.
- Supabase (USA): we use Supabase as our primary database to store user accounts, purchases, and license data.
- Stripe: handles credit card and debit card payments. Card data is processed and stored by Stripe, never by us. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
- Coinbase Commerce: processes optional cryptocurrency payments. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes are stored in our records when you choose this method.
- Brevo (formerly Sendinblue): handles transactional and marketing emails. Your email address and engagement data (opens, clicks) are stored on Brevo's servers.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: protects our forms from bots. Cloudflare may collect technical data (IP, browser fingerprint) to verify you are human.
- Google Analytics: collects anonymized usage statistics about visits to our website.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram): when you message us through Instagram DMs or Facebook Messenger, your messages pass through Meta's infrastructure.
- WhatsApp Business: when you contact us via WhatsApp, conversations are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their privacy policy.
- Telegram: when you interact with our Telegram bots or channels, Telegram processes your messages.
- Chatwoot: we use a self-hosted Chatwoot instance to unify messages from different channels. Your messages are stored on our own servers.
- n8n: we use a self-hosted n8n instance for internal automation of our business processes. Data stays on our own servers.
- NinjaTrader: our software products are designed to run on the NinjaTrader platform, which is operated by a separate company with its own privacy policy.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Data
We store your data on servers located in the United States, protected by industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, firewalls, encrypted database backups, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage; we never see or store passwords in plaintext.
Our license validation system uses HMAC-signed requests over HTTPS to prevent tampering. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
